We are pleased to officially announce the 19th PDT Europe!

Logica, a leading business and technology service company, today announced Eurostep, a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) collaboration company headquartered in Sweden, as this year’s winner of the Global Innovation Venture Partner (GIVP) Programme.

The project focuses on the development of what is referred to as the Behavioural Digital Aircraft (BDA). The BDA can be viewed as a federated system that will comprise all the modeling and simulation capabilities and services required to enable a more complete, mature and reliable definition of the behavioural, functional and operational aspects of an aircraft and constituent systems.

Phil Spiby of Eurostep, LTD is this year’s recipient of the Brian K. Martin Technical Excellence Award. Phil Spiby has been a key contributor to the PDES, Inc. team for AP233 Systems Engineering for the past several years. He has also made significant technical contributions the EXPRESS language and STEP standard for nearly two decades.
